The artist, Tutushka from Nikolaev, Ukraine, has been a professional makeup artist for 15 years and started her journey into makeup art by winning a lipstick-art contest. A group of divers outside Ørsta in Norway were visiting a WWII shipwreck 200 meters from the coast, at the beginning of this October.
